You can return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Important restrictions

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used e-liquids, pods, pouches and consumable nicotine products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty hardware is covered — contact us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it.

To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email or use the contact page with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is checked.
